Short description of the organization

Center for Change Management (CCM) is an independent research think-tank organization that implements capacity-building projects for the institutions to implement the necessary reforms in public administration and provides support to the Euro integration processes. CCM focuses on awareness-raising regarding the transparency and accountability of the institutions, as well as connecting the institutions with the civil sector.

The main goal of CCM is to initiate, facilitate and manage the positive changes in the society at a number of levels – improve the administrative capacities of the public administration and increase its efficiency, invest in personnel development, manage the changes and maintain development, provide equal opportunities and non-discrimination.

Constituents

Public institutions, agencies and ministries, administrative bodies and state governing bodies, public institutions, etc.  The final beneficiaries are the citizens who should obtain quality services by a highly professional and service-oriented public administration.

Results

  • Strategic goals and priorities;
  • Support to strengthening of the thematic network of 8-10 civil society organizations to follow the public administration reforms;
  • Strengthening the local network for policy monitoring and building institutional cooperation.
