Short description of the organization

Environmental association “Vila Zora” from Veles is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-political organization, dedicated to protecting and promoting the environment and nature by raising environmental problems, bringing them to the forefront and raising the public environmental awareness, as well as promoting sustainable development.

Constituents

Citizens of the municipality of Veles and North Macedonia, organizations, institutions and schools, municipal council of Veles, Sector for environment and local economic development, business sector, industries, ministries, State Secretary and ministries, Public Health Institute, farmers, providers of restaurant and hotel services, etc.

Results

  • Soil Decontamination Strategy adopted;
  • Applying for EU funds;
  • Financially stable organization;
  • Local Development Strategy prepared;
  • Improved inner management and visibility of the organization.
