Government Funds for the Civil Sector Possible, but Under Clear Conditions
The civil sector can be funded from the state budget, say representatives of NGOs. However, they also stress that the conditions for obtaining these funds should be clear, transparent, and directed towards organizations that meet the set requirements. They demand that the Code of Good Practices for the allocation of funds become a legal obligation, not just a recommendation as it is now. For the time being, political parties have not given a concrete response to these proposals.
