Overcoming the enlargement impasse – some ideas for the Slovenian presidency

The Think For Europe Network together with  Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) developed a common proposal on how to break the impasse and transform the EU integration process. The aim of the document is to accelerate the accession path of the Western Balkans concretely in ways that are still realistic in relation to the reservations over enlargement in various member states.
