CfP: POLICY ENLARGE Small Grants for Cross-Border Research and Innovation (First Deadline: 12 November)

Target Group: Research and innovation organisations, higher education institutions, companies, start-ups, entrepreneurship and innovation support organisations and networks, creative-industry professionals, researchers, artists and entrepreneurs.

Aim: To strengthen cross-border cooperation in research and innovation through joint regional activities, practical application of existing research and innovation results and short-term mobility and knowledge exchange. Supported activities may address research and innovation capacities, technology transfer, digital and green transformation and evidence-based policy development.

Countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye and Ukraine.

Amount: Three instruments are available: up to EUR 8,000 for joint regional innovation activities; up to EUR 8,000 for the joint application of research and innovation results; and up to EUR 5,000 for cross-border mobility and exchange. Grants cover up to 80% of eligible costs. The total allocation under the call is EUR 300,000.

Deadline: The call is continuously open until 3 May 2028; Evaluation deadlines on 12 November 2026, 5 May 2027, 3 November 2027 and 3 May 2028
