CfP: Beyond Barriers – Small Grants for Roma Economic Empowerment and Inclusion (Deadline: 15 October)

Target Group: Eligible legal entities working to advance Roma inclusion, including NGOs, Roma-led or Roma-focused organisations, social enterprises, cooperatives, businesses and vocational training or employment-service providers. Applicants must be established in one of the participating countries and comply with the country-specific eligibility criteria.

Aim: To support community-led initiatives strengthening Roma inclusion and resilience through employment, vocational skills, entrepreneurship, education, youth development and innovative pilot models, with particular emphasis on the economic empowerment of Roma women and young people.

Countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia.

Amount: EUR 20,000 per project, covering up to 100% of eligible costs with no mandatory co-financing. The overall allocation is EUR 300,000.

Duration: 9–10 months.

Deadline: 15 October 2026 at 17:00 CEST.
