The EcoPatrol Digital Platform for Reporting Pollution Is Now Active

The Union of Ecologists “Natyra” – Struga is pleased to announce that the digital platform EcoPatrol.mk is now active and available to citizens at www.ecopatrol.mk.

EcoPatrol is a platform created to enable citizens to quickly and easily report cases of environmental pollution in their communities. Through the platform, citizens can take a photo of the problem, add a description, and submit a report, directly contributing to the identification and addressing of environmental issues.

The aim of EcoPatrol is to create a more direct link between citizens, local institutions, and organizations working in the field of environmental protection, using technology to encourage civic participation and strengthen responses to pollution.

This pilot project is funded by the European Fund for the Balkans (EFB), while our organization, the Union of Ecologists “Natyra” – Struga, is the lead organization of the project. The Scout Group “Krste Jon” – Struga is a partner in the implementation of the project.

Through this project, we aim to strengthen the role of citizens in environmental protection and create a more modern, transparent, and efficient way of reporting environmental problems.
