Public event held in Gostivar to co-create Open Government Partnership action plan (2026–2028)

Today, for the second day in a row, a public event was held in Gostivar as part of the process of co-creating the new seventh National Action Plan for the Open Government Partnership 2026 – 2028. The event was organized by the Ministry of Public Administration in cooperation with the Metamorphosis Foundation and the Center for Civil Communications, in order to encourage active participation of stakeholders in defining the priorities of the new action plan.

The event was held at the Civil Society Resource Center in Gostivar, with the participation from representatives of local civic organizations, the media, and other relevant stakeholders.

Participants were informed about the significance and benefits of the Open Government Partnership process, as well as the approach, key steps, and timeline for the preparation of the seventh National Action Plan.

The event featured an interactive discussion, during which participants jointly identified priorities and proposed potential commitments for the 2026-2028 period.

The event represents an important step toward a more inclusive and transparent policymaking process, in which the voices of all stakeholders is expected to be taken into account when designing future reforms within the Open Government Partnership framework.

The meeting was held within the framework of the project “OpenGov Together: Supporting Implementation and Designing the Future”, funded by the Open Government Partnership Secretariat.
