People with disabilities shared March 8 greeting cards

People with disabilities gave out cards to honor 8th of March—International Women’s Day!

People with disabilities, who are members of the Association for Cerebral Palsy and Other Disabilities in Veles, were diligent and made 90 8 th of March greeting cards last week to honour International Women’s Day. Seeing their faces light up as they handed in the cards to women was pure joy. Daliborka Zlateva, the president of APCPOD-Veles, explained more about who helped them and the goal of this initiative.

The hard-working members of this civic association surprised many of their fellow female citizens today.

They hope that their ninety handmade cards will be seen by many more women and will be especially pleased if they spread out the message “We are all equal”.
