One-day training for social service employees

Today, the Association of Persons with Cerebral Palsy and Other Disorders – Veles organized a one – day training for the following social services: “Assited Living”, “Home Assistance and Care” and “Personal assistance”, and our administration staff.

The main focus of this training was teamwork, communication skills and occupational “burnout” syndrome. Lead educator of this training program were Dr. Vangleica Gavrilova, a licensed psychotherapist and Jordan Bajraktarov. Around 62 staff-members took part in the training and received certificates of participation.

This training is part of the activities dedicated to strengthening the capacities of our organization in the scope of the project “Together We Are Stronger”, financially supported by the Kvinna Till Kvinna Foundation and Sweden.
