Panel Discussion on Advancing Patients’ Rights and the Opportunities Offered by the Commission for the Advancement of Patients’ Rights of the Municipality of Veles, with a Focus on Persons with Disabilities

 Successfully Held Panel Discussion: “Commission for the Advancement of Patients’ Rights – Opportunities and Benefits for Persons with Disabilities”
 Today in Veles, a panel discussion dedicated to the advancement of patients’ rights and the opportunities provided by the Commission for the Advancement of Patients’ Rights of Municipality Veles with focus on persons with disabilities was successfully held.
 The event, organized by the Association of Persons with Cerebral Palsy and Other Disabilities – Veles, in partnership with “Poraka” – Negotino and “Eko-Zhivot” – Kavadarci, enabled open dialogue, information sharing, and discussion on mechanisms for the protection of rights in the field of healthcare.
 Special thanks are extended to the Deputy Minister of Health, Jovica Andovski, the President of the Commission for the Advancement of Patients’ Rights, Lidija Dimova, the members of the Commission from the Municipality of Veles, as well as all participants, parents, representatives of civil society organizations, and institutions who made a valuable contribution to the discussion.
 Together, we continue to work towards creating a more inclusive, fair, and accessible society in which the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities are respected and promoted.
 The event was implemented within the project “Facing Challenges and Stigmatization”, supported through the Civica Mobilitas program, financially supported by the Government of Switzerland and implemented by MCMS, NIRAS from Denmark, and FCG from Sweden.
