On 28.07.2026, a promotion of the Local Report on the situation of gender-based and sexual violence in the municipalities of Prilep, Krivogashtani and Dolneni was held, covering the period 2022-2025. The event began with a presentation of the key findings and recommendations from the local report, during which data on the situation of gender-based and domestic violence in the three municipalities were presented, the identified challenges in the institutional response, as well as recommendations for improving the prevention and protection system.

As part of the event, a presentation was also held on the importance of psychosocial assistance and support, with an emphasis on the available services and their role in the process of recovery and strengthening of victims.

A particularly important part of the event was the panel discussion, where representatives of the Association LET Station, Center for social work – Prilep, the Ministry of Interior Prilep and Lawyers discussed the situation with local victim support services, experiences from multi-sectoral cooperation and coordination between institutions and the civil sector, as well as the challenges and future steps in improving local policies, services and protection mechanisms.
