Black propaganda against civil society

Who is organizing and carrying out black campaigns against NGOs? Why? What are the motives for attacking NGOs? What are the consequences of black campaigns against civil society? What is the answer?

These are the questions that we will try to answer at CIVIL’s panel discussion “Black propaganda against civil society” that will be held on July 7 (Wednesday) at Park Residence & Spa Hotel (behind the football stadium) starting at 12.00 noon.

The event will be broadcast live on CIVIL’s Facebook page and video channel, and will be held without an audience. Editorial offices are welcome to the event or to download the video link from the live broadcast.

The panel is part of the project “European perspectives” that CIVIL is implementing with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany from April 1 this year. Downloading of content is welcome, according to the Creative Commons 4.0 licence.
