Multikultura 18112016 1Within the project “Entrepreneurship Platform for Economic and Social Inclusion“, on 10-11 November 2016, Multikultura organized the two-day Social Inclusion Training Module. Participants of the training were the Unemployed women from minority groups – Albanian, Roma, Turkish, at the age of 18-55.

Within the project “Entrepreneurship Platform for Economic and Social Inclusion“, on 10-11 November 2016, Multikultura organized the two-day Social Inclusion Training Module. Participants of the training were the Unemployed women from minority groups – Albanian, Roma, Turkish, at the age of 18-55.

The main aim of the training was to support and enhance of the personal capacities and possibilities for employment and self-employment through increasing the level and acquiring appropriate practical skills such as CV, motivation letter, preparations for a successful job interview, communication and presentation skills, SWOT personal analyze, how to prepare a personal and professional plan and entrepreneurship; as well as to create a system for continuous training of specific target group aimed at development of professional skills according to previous identification of the real needs of employers.

This Project is funded by the European Union and implemented by AECOM’s Consortium.

Multikultura is Civika Mobilitas grantee, supported with institutional grant.
