As part of the project activities under the project “Addressing Challenges and Stigma”, meetings were held with the Social Protection Councils in several municipalities in the Vardar Planning Region: Čaška, Gradsko, Veles and Rosoman.

The aim of these meetings was to encourage dialogue among local stakeholders, identify the needs of citizens, and explore opportunities for improving and developing community-based services.

This activity was organized by the Association of People with Cerebral Palsy and Other Disabilities – Veles, in partnership with “Poraka” – Negotino and “Eko-Život” – Kavadarci, within the framework of the project “Addressing Challenges and Stigma”, supported by the Civica Mobilitas programme, financially supported by the Government of Switzerland, and implemented by MCMS, NIRAS Denmark and FCG Sweden.

The involvement of the Social Protection Councils is of particular importance for creating sustainable solutions, strengthening local capacities, and ensuring higher-quality support for all citizens.

Together, we continue working towards creating inclusive communities where everyone has access to the support they need, protection of their rights, and opportunities for a dignified life.
