Civil Society & Think Tank Forum 2026 (5–7 October)

Target Groups: Civil society organisations and think tanks from across the Western Balkans, representatives of European institutions and Berlin Process partner countries, and regional and international organisations.

Short Description: The Civil Society & Think Tank Forum is the official civil society platform of the Berlin Process, enabling regional civil society and think tanks to develop joint, evidence-based recommendations for presentation to Heads of Government. The 2026 Forum will address competitiveness and growth, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, security and geopolitical resilience, civic space and democratisation, the green transition, and enlargement. It follows a three-phase process comprising thematic consultations and recommendation development, the main Forum in Prishtina and post-forum advocacy culminating at the Berlin Process Leaders’ Summit in Podgorica.

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo.

Dates: 5–7 October 2026.
