An Accessible Society – A Society for All!

A representative of the Association of Persons with Cerebral Palsy and Other Disabilities – Veles, together with users of the social service “Personal Assistance” and their assistants, participated in the training workshop and project presentation of “Digital Green Access – Youth Mapping for Inclusive Democracy”, held at Europe House Veles.
During the event, the President of the Association, Daliborka Zlateva, shared the experiences and challenges that persons with disabilities face on a daily basis when exercising their basic civil rights and obligations before public institutions.
The need to create a society where accessibility is not a privilege, but a standard and a fundamental human right, was emphasized. Physical and communication barriers must not be a reason for excluding any citizen from the services and opportunities provided by public institutions.
As an organization that has been working for many years to promote the rights and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, we remain committed to cooperation with young people, institutions, and the civil sector in creating an inclusive community where no one is left behind.
We extend our gratitude to Impact Net Foundation, the project coordinator Aleksandra Dimitrioska, young leaders, and all partners involved in this important initiative.
