CONSTITUENTS

Constituents in this project are the Municipality of Bogdanci and all citizens living at the territory of the Municipality of Bogdanci.

ESTABLISHING A MECHANISM FOR IMPROVED COOPERATION BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOGDANCI AND THE CITIZENS

BACKGROUND

The action is needed to strengthen the cooperation between the citizens and the Municipality of Bogdanci. The implementation of this project will enable the citizens to become actively involved in the civic initiatives, it will ease the access of the citizens to the Municipality if they see a problem that decreases the quality of living and they would participate in the creation and making of decisions that pertain to them.

GOALS AND RESULTS

Goal: Establishing a mechanism for improved cooperation between the Municipality of Bogdanci and the citizens.

Objectives:

  • Active involvement of the citizens in civil initiatives as main constituents in the Municipality of Bogdanci;
  • Involvement of the citizens in the process of creation and making of decisions.

RESULTS

  • An implemented and sustainable mechanism for cooperation between the citizens and the Municipality of Bogdanci;
  • Successfully implemented civic initiatives between the municipality and the citizens as main constituents;
  • Full involvement of the citizens in the process of creation and making of decisions.

ACTIVITIES

  1. Preparation of a research on the opinion of the citizens on their involvement and cooperation with the Municipality;
  2. Preparation of an Android and iOS application to involve the citizens in the process of civic initiatives, creation and making of decisions, as well as reporting problems by the citizens;
  3. Implementation of three trainings on the way of using the application and presenting the project;
  4. Promotion of the project via fliers and Facebook.
