A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SELECTED SPECIFIC TOPIC
Young people are a heterogeneous category with different needs and opportunities depending, among other things, on their place of residence. In addition to the passivity of all young people, those who live in rural areas, due to the lack of socio-cultural infrastructure, face challenges in their overall development. Youth policies must match youth needs in real life to povide sustainable solutions to systemic problems.
OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS
Overall Objective: The project “Youth policies matching youth needs” aims to include civil society organizations in decision-making processes and policy development through cooperation and transparent dialogue with the authorities.
Specific Objective:
- To develop and adopt youth policies matching young people needs.
- To improve youth opportunities with more effective implementation of youth policies.
RESULTS
- CSOs are involved in policy development and decision-making processes through cooperation and dialogue with the authorities.
- Developed and adopted youth policies according to the measure of young people.
- Improved youth conditions with more effective implementation of youth policies.

- Impact Assessment of youth policies over the youth conditions in rural versus urban municipalities and recommendations for improving the legal regulation (all 8 regions)
