Successful completion of a four-day training on green project management at Up Hub Strumica

From 9 to 12 March 2026, Promo Idea successfully implemented a four-day training programme at Up Hub Strumica, bringing together 25 young participants for an intensive learning experience focused on green project management, innovation and the use of digital tools in project work.

The training was designed to strengthen the capacities of young people as relevant stakeholders in the community by improving their knowledge and practical understanding of sustainable project development and future green initiatives. Over the course of four days, participants explored key concepts related to project planning and management from a green perspective, while also learning how contemporary AI tools can support research, idea development, structuring of project concepts, communication and more efficient project-related work.

The sessions combined theoretical input with practical examples and interactive work, helping participants better understand how digital tools can be used in a responsible and meaningful way in the preparation and management of initiatives that respond to community needs. In this way, the training contributed to broader efforts aimed at building local capacities for more informed, forward-looking and sustainability-oriented action.

The training was completed successfully, and all participants received certificates for their participation and successful completion of the programme. The strong interest and active engagement shown throughout the four days confirmed the importance of providing young people with relevant knowledge, practical skills and new approaches that can support both their personal development and their future involvement in green community initiatives.
