Future cybersecurity experts strengthen their skills

On November 13, 2025, at the premises of Innox Innovation Center (Skopje), the Metamorphosis Foundation organized a workshop titled “Basics of Cybersecurity and Digital Self-Protection” for 35 participants as part of the regional program CybHER!

The workshop was organized in collaboration with the British Council, with expert support from Ljubica Pendaroska Krstevska, a cybersecurity expert.

During the workshop, through practical examples and discussions, the participants were introduced to the basic concepts of cybersecurity, with a special focus on the legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as the most common types of digital threats and ways to recognize and prevent them. Special emphasis was also placed on digital literacy and the protection of personal data, where the participants received useful tips for creating secure passwords, using multi-factor authentication, and safe behavior on social networks. The workshop ended with a practical group exercise and discussion, through which the most important messages and recommendations for responsible and safe navigation in the digital space were summarized.

The event is organized by the Metamorphosis Foundation, within the framework of the CybHER project, funded by the Government of the United Kingdom and implemented by the British Council.
