Supporting the Organizations to Develop Social Marketing Plans

Simon Forrester, Civica Mobilitas international expert, had consultative meetings with five CSOs, current grantees of the programme, in order to discuss developing social marketing plans. The visits took place in the period of 12th to 14th May 2025, as a continuation of the previous trainings and workshops on sustainable financing.

With this personalized support in the preparation of social marketing plans, the  representatives of Loud Textile Worker – Shtip, the Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) – Gostivar, the Centre for Education and Development (CED) – Tearce, the Centre for Youth Activism – KRIK Skopje and the Centre for Climate Changes – Gevgelija have been given strategic tools to help them in better positioning of their mission, increasing their visibility and securing additional self-sustainability resources.

At each of the meetings, there was an analysis of the current communication practices of the organization, target groups were identified and ideas for campaigns and messages were developed, to be used for promotion and mobilization of support. Simon Forrester offered practical tools and examples, guiding the organizations through the process of developing their own approach to social marketing.

These visits have strengthened Civica Mobilitas mission of building strong, visible and sustainable CSOs, which are connected to the communities that they serve, and which know now to convey their message.
