Organizations finalize integrity strategies

Twelve Civica Mobilitas grantees have completed the planned “Islands of Integrity” workshops. During the fourth workshop, held on 20th November 2024, they worked on strategic and action plans to strengthen integrity within their organizations.

The action plans were detailed extensions of the strategies formulated during the previous workshops, which focused on three main goals:limiting monopoly and discretion in decision-making, 2) improving transparency and accountability and 3) maximizing the benefits of operating with integrity while reducing losses caused by corruption.

The discussions during the workshop clarified several dilemmas, while for remaining challenges, organizations will consult with their mentors. Following the workshop, organizations will continue internal discussions on their strategies and planned activities, preparing the first drafts of their Strategic and Action Plans. These documents will be finalized after receiving feedback from mentors, with implementation starting early next year.
