Organizational development and institutional stengthening workshop

In the period from 21 to 24 March 2017, three workshops for organizational development and institutional strengthening, intended for 48 Civica Mobilitas institutional grantees, were held.

60 representatives of the management structures and persons directly involved in the activities of organizational development were present. The workshops were conducted by Ana Vasilache, an international expert of the program.

The institutional grantees from the first generation met to share experiences about the course of implementation of their work plans, as well as the challenges they face. The purpose of this event was to motivate the grantees to prepare organizational development plans through cooperation with other grantees that have passed all the preparation phases.

Тhe representatives of the second group of institutional grantees, had their third workshop, “Working together for social changes”, where they paid attention to the steps of elaboration of organizational development plans.

At the first workshop for the third generations of institutional grantees, the steps of organizational development process and life cycle of organizations were explained, and the Learning by doing process was also presented.

The activities for capacity building of the institutional grantees had a purpose of enabling the grantees for more effective achievement of positive social changes; raising their awareness to cause positive influence in the society, as well as strengthening their capacities so they can have an influence in the sector where they are active.
