Effective leadership – key to success of the Civica Mobilitas grantees
Different models of achieving effective leadership were the main topic of the workshop on organizational strengthening, held on 20 June 2017 in hotel Arka.
18 representatives of the management structures and persons directly involved in the activities of organizational development and institutional strengthening of the third generation of institutional grantees of Civica Mobilitas participated at the workshop. The workshop was conducted by Ana Vasilache, an international expert of the program. She presented the models of joint performance, by the use of which the participants could analyze the leadership in their own organizations more easily, and they also gained knowledge and skills to make changes in order to achieve the mission of their organizations. 
The analysis of their own organizations was assessed by the participants as the most useful because in a practical manner the have managed to better understand the performance model which they have applied, perhaps unaware so far. Through the activities of capacity building, the institutional grantees are enabled to stimulate, promote, and achieve positive social changes.
