CALL FOR PARTNERSHIP ACTION GRANTS CM-PAG-01

Civica Mobilitas Announces a New Call for Partnership Action Grants [CM-PAG-01]

Eligible Applicants:

1. Civil society organizations registered in accordance with the Law on Associations and Foundations (2010, Official Gazette 52/10);
2. Non-profit scientific research institutions registered in accordance with the Law on Scientific and Research Activities;
3. Formally registered networks, coalitions, alliances, or platforms registered under the Law on Associations and Foundations (2010, Official Gazette 52/10), consisting of at least three (3) organizations.

In addition to the lead organization, the application must include at least two partners who meet one of the above categories.

This eligibility criterion does not apply to formally registered networks, coalitions, alliances, or platforms consisting of at least three (3) organizations. These are eligible to apply without partners, as the organizations listed as members will be considered partners.

The call includes a Guide for Applicants and an Application Form with annexes.

Proposed partnership actions should contribute to the goals and priorities of this call, which can be found in the Guide for Applicants. The duration of the activities should be between nine (9) and ten (10) months. The requested grant amount should range from 3,000,000 to 4,500,000 MKD. The total available amount for this call is 36,000,000 MKD. Organizations may submit only one application for this call, either as an applicant or as a partner.

Application Deadline: December 5, 2022, by 1:00 PM. The date and time of the email’s arrival will serve as proof of timely submission. Applicants will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of their application.

Civica Mobilitas will not accept applications sent by regular mail or delivered in person.

Application Requirements:
Applications must be sent in a single email with the following documents attached in the appropriate format (Word/Excel and PDF where applicable) and must not exceed 20MB:

• Completed Partnership Action Grant Application Form
• Annex 1 – Logical Framework for the Partnership Action
• Annex 2 – Budget and Justification of Expenses
• Annex 3 – Partnership Statements
• Annex 4 – Proof of Legal Status of the Applicant and Partners (current status certificate issued by the Central Registry, no older than six months from the date of this call’s publication, November 11, 2022); scanned versions are acceptable.
• Scanned Applicant Statement (completed and signed by their legal representative – Part G, Applicant Statement)
• Scanned Partnership Statements (completed and signed by their legal representatives – Annex 4, Partnership Statements)
