Working groups meet to prepare the new Open Government Partnership National Action Plan 2026-2028

Today, a meeting of the working groups preparing the National Action Plan for the Open Government Partnership 2026–2028 (NAP7) was held at the Members of Parliament Club, continuing the co-creation process launched at the conference organized in early April. The event was organized by the Ministry of Public Administration, in cooperation with the Metamorphosis Foundation and the Center for Civil Communications.

The working meeting brought together representatives of institutions, civil society organizations, and the expert community in thematic working groups to jointly define priorities and future commitments under the new action plan.

Participants worked across five thematic areas:

  • anti-corruption, integrity, responsibility, and accountability;
  • civic space, participation, and freedoms;
  • digital governance;
  • climate and environment;
  • open parliament and open judiciary.

The working meeting represents an important step in the inclusive co-creation of the new National Action Plan, aimed at fostering more open, accountable, and accessible institutions in partnership with civil society and other stakeholders.

The co-creation process for the Open Government Partnership National Action Plan 2026-2028 will continue in the coming period through additional consultations and thematic discussions with all relevant stakeholders.
