CALL FOR PARNERSHIP GRANTS CM-PG-2

Civica Mobilitas announces a Call for Partnership Grants [CM-PG-2]

Eligible Applicants:

1. Civil society organizations registered in accordance with the Law on Associations and Foundations;
2. Other non-governmental, non-profit CSOs registered in accordance with the Law on Scientific and Research Work.

The applications for this call for grants for civil engagement MUST have one lead organization and at least ONE partner. The applicants to this call will be considered eligible if they send only one application in any of the roles (be it as a lead organization or a partner).

The current beneficiaries (lead organizations and partners) of partnership grants (CM-PG) and a civil engagement grant (CM-GTA) are not eligible to apply for this call for grants

Application

Both the applicant and the partner have to be registered at the platform: www.grants.mk (Download Profile Creation Manual). After the registration, only the LEAD applicant should apply to this call for proposals and upload the completed documents: the application and the annexes. The LEAD applicant must add the partner(s) (with their unique registration numbers and their e-mails) that should verify the partnership by confirming when requested by e-mail (filled in when registering at the platform). This verification will be considered a proof of Partnership Statement.

The application process is on-line. This call for proposals consists of an Applicant Guide and APPLICATION form with annexes (download Applicant Manual); (download Application and Annexes). The Grant Selection Committee (GSC) will assess and select the potential grantees based on their applications.

The priority of this call for proposals is given to applicants that want to join their capacities and via joint efforts achieve positive changes, led by mutually defined priorities and focusing on set topics/areas. The proposed activities should contribute to the goals and priorities of this call: 

• Enabling environment for civil society development
• Social cohesion
• Gender equality
• Improving digital transformation
• Fight against corruption and investigative journalism
• Green initiatives

The duration of the activities should be between 10 and 12 months. The requested grant amount should not exceed MKD 3,000,000. Theorganizations may submit only one application for this call, either as an applicant or as a partner.

Application deadline is 13:00 hrs. on 15th October 2025.

Applicants will be informed by e-mail about the receipt of their completed application. Civica Mobilitas will not accept the applications that are sent by regular mail or delivered by hand.
