Parliamentary Oversight

The purpose of this toolkit is to assist Members of Parliaments (MP’s) and parliamentary staff in understanding the concept of competition policy and state aid, the obligations arsing from the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) and to facilitate their involvement in the performance of the Parliament’s oversight role over these topics.
