About the project supported by Civica Mobilitas: Advocacy for Inclusive Growth
A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SELECTED SPECIFIC TOPIC
For the most part, the Action is dedicated to advocating policies in the area of the reform Cluster 3 “Competitiveness and inclusive growth”, which implies a combination of education, science and innovation with economic growth (as well as digitalization, and other areas), united in one direction, for Europe to remain competitive with the great global powers whose economic competition basically boils down to a competition of technological and scientific innovation.
OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS
Overall Objective: Raised awareness of the professional and general public about the importance of the Bologna process and its consistent application, especially about its fundamental value – mobility, as a prerequisite for measurable application of the intersectoral planning of the higher education and scientific activity with the economic area, understood according to the principle of “twin transition in the EU” – digital and green.
Specific Objective: Raised awareness of the intersectoral approach methodology between CSOs, among institutions, but also in the wider civil and media public, with a special focus on fundamental values such as the right to study, the right to work and the right to good administration (Article 41 of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights ), which are materialized in the practically achievable value of mobility, a value that is key to the economic-educational integrity according to Cluster 3 (the direct and more narrowly defined object of the Action).
RESULTS
- Created space for cooperation between CSOs and institutions for creating new policies in the part of Cluster 3 and aligning the inter-sectoral institutional structure and policy-making culture with that of the European Union.
- Sustainable contribution to the creation of a new culture in the civil sector and its understanding of watchdog monitoring of institutions which, instead of behaving as hostile journalistic criticism, will be based on cooperation based on competences for analysis and policy making, direct advocacy and, through a joint effort with the institutions of the executive and legislative authorities, beyond political polarization and party division, to achieve concrete results in changing policies.
- Creation of stakeholder alliances, in the form of civil initiatives, which are open to the economic sector, entrepreneurial initiatives, especially in the technological-scientific innovation sector, in order to create appropriate conditions for digital and physical mobility and inclusion in the European knowledge-based economy market.

- Creating a forum for horizontal and constructive monitoring of policies
